Nice Mic Nice Price

Would recommend - yes

i was looking for a mic for to replace my U87 for general day use and had only 3 real constraints 1, XLR i have an outbord intrerface with XLR inputs so ill use it and i have an unreasonable dislike of USB mics 2, large diaphram condensor for quality and pickup 3, not worth as much as the PC ... like I said im replacing the 5k Neuman U87 that i was using and didnt want to take a masive quality hit ... yes you need phantom power for this mic but it is hands sown the best mic at this price range

Great Quality Home Studio Mike

Would recommend - yes

So pleased with this mike! Better than the classic AT2020 because:- Similar neutral sound BUT the output and sensitivity is much better (less unwanted noise). And the shock mount is worth more than the price difference. This was an easy choice, I have already used it on vocals and acoustic guitar with great results.
