More Info About How To Setup Is Needed, Before Purchase

Would recommend - yes

The Spring is too strong when the mount is only 50cam away from the user. you need the mount to be 80cm away or more for optimal use. this needs to be explained before purchasing. for me on my small desk I have to crank up the locks to keep it at the right height. but once I get me new larger desk I can have it mounted further back, this takes tension off the spring and allows it to relax. I had it set at the lowest tension too and it was too tight for 50cm. but the pastic locks and the componentry is great. It is quality. I just wish I could remove the tension at that short range. To paint a picture at the short range the tension tries to pull it upwards out of the users height. but with all locks in place it can still swivel.
