Fantastic Case For Desktop Hardware

Would recommend - yes
I transplanted a Nas in a tower case to this case. I love this case. It has plenty of room for HDs if you have enough power and ports.
I have 5x 3.5 installed in a caddy in the 5inch bay, 1x 2.5 in the slot under the 5inch bay and 8x 3.5 in the remainder 2 bays.
I suggest you plan out your requirements for this case all at once rather than over time like I did, as I ended up losing screws over time with all the modifications I did.
I suggest that, at the very least, having the fans ready to go to allow you the ability to not has to unscrew all your hard drives to install fans after the fact.
Pros
Robust and fits with standard desktop/consumer hardware
Rack-mountable.
Cons
Case Screws
Rails
Case screws for the lid are absolute trash. It would be awesome if it had a latch type lid like most enterprise server cases.
The server rails are absolutely trash. Not only are they tough to come by. But they are inferior in quality. They don't carry the weight evenly, meaning if you want to do something as simple as switch out the ram while still in the rack, it can't handle it and tends to bend the rails a bit. The build quality is also trash, and it's very easy to bend the inner tracks when inserting them into the outer rails.
And yes - this is within the weight limits of the case.
