High Performance Cooling Solutions – Made in Germany

As a gallium-based liquid metal, Conductonaut already has ultra-highthermal conductivity. This already outstanding thermal conductivity couldbe expanded after extensive tests and with the help of a new material composition. Conductonaut Extreme consists exclusively of the metals gallium and indium. By dispensing with other alloying components, it ispossible to increase the thermal conductivity by approx. 18 % compared to the standard product.

At the same time, the material compatibility has been improved so that, for example, no tin interactions can occur. Due to the slightly corrosive effect of gallium towards other metals, the application on nickel-plated copper radiators is recommended. Conductonaut Extreme must not be used in conjunction with aluminium heat sinks.

Unlike conventional pastes, Conductonaut Extreme does not contain any solid particles and can therefore fill even the smallest irregularities in the nano-metre range and enables the minimum layer thickness for optimum performance.

Conductonaut Extreme is manufactured to the highest quality standardsat our production site in Berlin. In the process, our expertly trained staff continuously monitor the entire production chain. From the testing of the purity of the raw material, the production of the liquid metal and the filling to the packaging, the production is subject to multiple quality controls.

Tested in practice

ASUS has been using Conductonaut Extreme exclusively for the production of its top models of the ROG notebook series since 2022 and thus rightly trusts in the outstanding performance of the liquid metal thermal paste. Besides ASUS, Conductonaut Extreme has also been tested by various professional over clockers and content creators from the tech tuber scene. After consistently positive feedback, Conductonaut  Extreme is now available for all PC enthusiasts.

Scope of delivery

Conductonaut Extreme is supplied with a metal needle and a plastic needle. The metal needle enables a finely dosed application of the liquid metal, while too much applied liquid metal can be absorbed back into the syringe with the plastic needle. Two special, non-fluffy industrial cotton swabs are included for even distribution of the liquid metal.
